3 out of 5 stars Still slippy!   August 29, 2010
C. Booth (san jose, ca)
I bought these because I have problems with wrist strain and sweating during my practice, and I find downward-facing dog to be extremely stressful if I have to strain to prevent sliding in addition to just putting my weight on my hands.

The knit fabric stretches and pulls, so although it does grip the floor, the glove itself just allows my hands to slide forward, taking the top of the glove with me and leaving the bottom behind.

They're great for holding weights or other things, but not great for floor or mat work.

5 out of 5 stars Love em...   June 2, 2010
Adam Rosen (brooklyn, NY, US)
I bought like 6 pairs, and use them all the time. They are very breathable, and they are great for wiping the swear from my forehead (using the back of the glove). The grip is rubbery and sticky, which wears off quickly but is great for holding anything from your phone to a pool cue. Only downside is that they develop these little annoying balls of of the fabric along the top, but a fabric shaver is cheap and gets this under control quickly.

5 out of 5 stars As advertised, a pleasant surprise these days   April 22, 2010

The vendor and product did their jobs.

Both were as one would hope.

I am pleased to recommend them, both vendor and product to anyone.

4 out of 5 stars Hands slip inside gloves.   April 16, 2010

I think this product might actually be better with full fingers, because I find that my hand slips inside the glove a bit. I think the full fingers would keep that from happening as much.

Overall, though, I think this product is great. It's a huge help to keep me from slipping on my mat, which previously had been a big issue for me.

5 out of 5 stars Good for added cushion   March 1, 2010
Triphopgirl (Stanford, CA)
I bought these because I take yoga at my work and the floor isn't cushioned like at a traditional yoga studio. I like them but they do pill a bit and are okay quality.
The price was better than I could find at the retail stores. Overall I am happy with the purchase. Now I need to remember to wear them when I go to my traditional yoga classes too.
