Awesome Yoga Mat Bag August 19, 2010 RuRu (Philadelphia, PA) This bag is roomy enough to hold 2 yoga blocks, 1 small hand towel and an average thickness mat. I also cram in my water bottle some days. I love that it has a small zippered pocket as I use this to store a yoga strap. Unlike other bags, this one allows you to really carry your props to class and it stays nice and clean. It is slighly more of a neutral shade than pictured. It looks like natural canvas and although I have not washed it yet, I am sure it will wash well but would not put it in the dryer. The straps are wide and easy on the shoulders, however, since it is long you have to watch it when you get into the gym. I noticed navigating through small doorways or down hallways can be tricky if someone is walking by you. When I purchased it, I spent the original $50 for the new product and am pleased that it is now a fraction of the cost. It is well worth the money and I have really enjoyed this product. I even fold the two ends in and use it as a drishti or point to focus on during balancing poses. If you are considering this mat and you travel by car or walking to your gym I would highly recommend it. I sometimes take the train and will use a smaller vertical mat bag when travelling by public transportation just due to the bulkiness of this bag.
Needs Adjustable Straps August 6, 2010 David Kim 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The bag is made well and great for fitting in my extra thick yoga mat and towels for bikram yoga. It fits a lot of stuff, but cumbersome due to it's size. Constantly knocking into people with my bag. The straps are uncomfortable. Would be better if they were adjustable.
Love it! May 6, 2010 Susan (Falls Church, VA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a great bag- I like that it has enough room for my mat, towel and my clothes for class. You could fit a block in there as well I think. There is also an inside and outside zipper pocket which is perfect for storing keys, wallet, jewelry, etc during class. It doesn't zip up, but it has three big secure buttons and stays pretty closed. Cute bag, well made.

Good size yoga bag April 5, 2010 New Mom in Colorado (Denver, CO USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This yoga mat bag is nice and spacious, with long straps and room to throw in clothes/water bottle in addition to the mat. The only reason I don't give it a higher rating is because it gets dirty very easily. I guess it's to expect with white fabric, but I would hope it would have some sort of a fabric protectant that allows dirt to be wiped off easily - which I don't think it does. But other than that, great bag!
